All our hair services are non refundable, but we understand things happen so please let us know right away if the end results bother you and we will do our best to make any adjustments while you’re here, and leave the hair that you love. Cancellation Policy

We provide all guest with courtesy confirmation three days prior to your service. Due to high number of cancellations and no-shows, all appointments cancellations must be made 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations will result in a 50% of the service(s) booked to the credit card on file. A no-call /no-show of a missed appointment will result in a 100% charge of all scheduled services. This can accommodate other salon guests who may be on our waitlist. Life emergency can be an exception to our policy. Please contact me ASAP as we are are real people and can be understand life happens.
