We provide all guest with courtesy confirmation three days prior to your service. Due to high number of cancellations and no-shows, all appointments cancellations must be made 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations will result in a 50% of the service(s) booked to the credit card on file. A no-call /no-show of a missed appointment will result in a 100% charge of all scheduled services. This can accommodate other salon guests who may be on our waitlist. Life emergency can be an exception to our policy.
